iSlide Input Device
The iSlide is a new product that eases the pathologist’s transition from manual to digital pathology. The iSlide is an input device that changes the way pathologists view digital slide images on a monitor. The motions and ergonomics of the iSlide closely parallel those of a conventional microscope, applying the motion of a pathologist’s hand on a glass slide to manipulate digital images of slides. Users can now apply the years of experience they have manipulating slides on a microscope — using fine movements and adjusting knobs for focus and magnification - to digital images, with the iSlide.
